if you do not properly notify us within 24 hours of receipt that equipment is deemed to be damaged or defective, there will be no refunds issued for equipment that is deemed to have been damaged due to misuse or accidental breakage while under client control. This is the sole responsibility of the client and is not refundable. Once full payment is made you have 48 hours to notify us and there will be a full refund for the customer purchase.

 

Provided proper notice is given, all returns MUST include a valid Return Merchandise Authorization number. The Seller is responsible for all labor, parts and shipping charges associated with approved warranty claims. Equipment that is defective is eligible for a full refund within hours of receipt; however, Seller still retains the right to fix the defect as noted in the warranty (Warranty is available for purchase).

 

Orders may be cancelled after 48 hours; however, they are subject to a restocking fee. Please see the sales agreement for full details. A full credit may be provided, at the Seller’s discretion, in exchange equipment of equal or greater value.
